*New Features in V3.2: Math Formula Recognition
Redesigned Main Toolbar
In V3.0, the main toolbar of RemoteGo will be distinguished by usage scenarios, and the icons in the center of the main toolbar reveals the main usage scenarios of RemoteGo:

Here is the introduction to the usage scenarios of RemoteGo.
Screen Annotation
After entering Screen Annotation mode, you will see the Screen Annotation toolbar. After entering this mode, you can immediately use the digital pen to annotate on the screen.
Click the button to return to the main toolbar.
If you have annotations on the screen, after returning to the main toolbar, a RemoteGo Sticky Notes named "Whiteboard for discussion" will be automatically saved.
You can copy, save as, edit, or delete this RemoteGo Sticky Notes through the button on the upper right corner.
RemoteGo Sticky Notes supports drag and drop. You can directly drag RemoteGo Sticky Notes to other applications that support file drag and drop, such as Microsoft Word / PowerPoint, and commonly used instant message apps, like Line, Skype, etc., for further editing and sharing.
While annotating in Screen Annotation mode, you may temporarily need a Whiteboard so you can fully explain. At this time, "Temporary Whiteboard" can be called out. After you finish, click on the "Screen Annotation" button to return to the screen annotation mode. These two modes can be switched flexibly.
You can also record sessions in Screen Annotation mode. Click
to launch the screen recording program.
By default, the webcam is turned on. You can also click
icon to open setting menu, where you can close the web camera.

When you finished recording, it will generate Video Notes, which are convenient for you to share quickly.
Using RemoteGo with Distance teaching Software
You can use RemoteGo software with your favorite distance teaching software.
Reminder:
- RemoteGo allows you to use handwriting to mark teaching points on any screen
- Please select "Share Whole Screen" or "Share Whole Monitor" when using video software to share
- In the case of sharing a single window or a single page, students will not see the teacher's handwriting!
- Because the annotation function of RemoteGo is based on the whole screen
The thing to consider when using RemoteGo software is, when marking key points, should these handwriting marks be left on the original document?
If the handwriting does not need to be left on the original document and the content of the original document remains unchanged, you can use RemoteGo software at this time.
If handwriting needs to be left on the original document, such as a PowerPoint document, you should use the built-in handwriting tool of PowerPoint instead of RemoteGo software. When you connect LCD Writing Pad or Writing Pad, a handwriting tool similar to the one shown below will appear in your PowerPoint:
Click to use the built-in handwriting tool to write and the written handwriting will be saved in the PowerPoint file.
RemoteGo Whiteboard
You can use the built-in Blackboard/ Whiteboard to explain. What if there is no space reserved for writing in the lecture notes, but what should I do if I need to write and explain temporarily? You can use the "Whiteboard for discussion" function of RemoteGo software to select the area where your topic is located, and open Whiteboard to explain it to your heart's content!
Clickbutton to return to the main toolbar. Your Whiteboard will be automatically stored in RemoteGo Sticky Notes when you return.
RemoteGo Sticky Notes
Only LCD Writing Pad supports complete RemoteGo Sticky Notes functions. Writing Pad users will only have Video Notes functions.
This function makes good use of the advantages of handwriting visualization from LCD Writing Pad, allowing you to write in the most natural way without staring at the screen when writing, and save the handwriting digitally.
When using Video Notes mode, you can lower your head and write on LCD Writing Pad, and the handwriting will appear on the screen immediately. At this time, press the A key to start/end writing. Press the B key to switch between the pen and the eraser.
Note: In the V3.0 update, the video note will now only record the white canvas part, and will not record the right side panel.
When using Sticky Notes mode, you can lower your head and write on LCD Writing Pad, but at this time your handwriting will not appear on the screen immediately, but will be sent to the computer after you finish writing. So at this time you can write while referring to the information on the screen. At this time, pressing the A key still starts/ends writing. But pressing the B key allows you to write multiple pages consecutively.

You can click the iconto take a screenshot. After the screenshot is completed, a RemoteGo Sticky Notes named "Whiteboard for discussion" will appear. You can click the edit button to use the built-in annotation tool to annotate the image.
DocuINK Cloud PDF Collaboration Service
Finally, there is a new function unlocked by version V3.0: DocuINK cloud-based PDF collaboration service. DocuINK is a new service of EvolaClass, and it is an essential tool for optimizing the teaching process.

Using RemoteGo to record screen in DocuINK
In V3.1, the function of using RemoteGo to record screen in DocuINK has been added. To enable this function, please click the DocuINK icon on the toolbar.
Then please log in to DocuINK. After logging in, you will find that the "Record via RemoteGo" function has been added to the original message toolbar of DocuINK.
At this time, click the "Record via RemoteGo" function in the DocuINK toolbar, and you will find that a dialog box will appear in the browser window, asking you if you want to turn on RemoteGo. You can click the "Open RemoteGo" button below. The recording function of RemoteGo will be activated.
Note: If you don't want this query to pop up every time, you can check "Always Allow"
You needs to connect the RemoteGo LCD writing pad to your PC so that the recording program of RemoteGo could work, so make sure that the RemoteGo LCD writing pad is connected.
After the RemoteGo recording program is launched, you will see the following screen:
The instructions are as follows:
1. You can choose whether to record your own expressions at the same time. If you don't want to show your face, you can turn it off. You can also move this circular frame to another suitable position.
2. Press the record button to start recording.
You can use this function to record your class or problem solving process. After the recording is finished, a "video note" will appear. You can drag the video note to DocuINK to leave a video message.
After drag and drop, you can create a video message.
Math Formula Recognition
The Math Formula Recognition feature has been added in V3.2. By clicking this button on the taskbar, you will find four ways to input formulas in the menu:
- Handwritten formula
- Take screenshot
- Take and upload photos via phone
- Choose image file
If this is your first time using it, clicking any of the buttons will guide you to the feature introduction page. Click the "Register" button to sign up for an account.
You can also log in quickly using a Google or Microsoft account, saving time on account verification.
After logging in, you will notice numbers appear in the menu. This indicates the number of formula recognitions you can currently use.
RemoteGo product users will receive 100 free uses. When your usage count runs low, you can click the button to make a purchase.
Click the button to perform handwritten formula recognition.
Write the formula directly on the visible writing board. After finishing the writing, press the "A" key.
You will see the recognition result as follows:
You can directly modify the LaTeX syntax or choose to edit the handwriting. If everything looks good, click "Save Formula Note."

Below the Formula Note, there are three buttons, representing the three formats of the formula:
- LaTeX format: Suitable for professional paper editing
- MathML format: The formula format supported by Microsoft Word. When selecting the MathML format, you can directly drag the formula into Word.
- Image format: The formula will be converted into an image.
If you set the Formula Note to MathML and drag it into Word, you will see:
Setting
You can set the shortcut keys you need in the "Shortcut Keys" tab of the settings window .
Users of LCD Writing Pad can make relevant settings through the "Monitor" tab of the setting window.

In the " Sticky Notes" tab of the settings window, if you don't want to always be asked before deleting RemoteGo Sticky Notes, you can turn off this option. You can also increase the maximum number of RemoteGo Sticky Notes from 10 to higher.
In the "Advanced" tab of the settings window, if you want to turn off the prompt before drawing geometry, you can turn it off here.
